These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vessel Browser and related services provided by Quanta Intellect ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Vessel, you agree to these Terms.
Vessel Browser is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license. These Terms govern the additional services we provide, including Vessel Premium.
You agree not to use Vessel to:
Vessel is a browser automation tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated browsing complies with the terms of service of the websites you visit.
Vessel connects to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) using API keys you provide. Your use of these providers is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the outputs, availability, or pricing of third-party AI services.
Vessel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Vessel will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The software is under active development and may contain bugs. Vessel currently makes no security assurances — do not use it for sensitive operations requiring hardened security.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quanta Intellect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Vessel enables AI agents to perform actions in a web browser. You are responsible for supervising agent activity and for any actions taken through Vessel on your behalf. Use the built-in approval modes and supervision features to maintain control over automated workflows.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Vessel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
